Creation of the Fund

The Fund was created on April 12, 1988 by resolution of the General Council of the
Barreau du Québec under section 86.1 of the Professional Code. Since April 14,
1988 the Fund has been the holder of an insurer's licence issued by the
. The Fund commenced operations on May 1st, 1988.

Mission
|
|
The Mission of the Professional Liability Insurance Fund is to provide long-term,
not-for-profit, professional liability insurance to the members of the
Barreau du Québec.
